Luther Kia of Inver Grove

I came to Luther Nissan Kia for the first vehicle I would be purchasing/financing on my own. After browsing online for the vehicle I was interested in, the one from Luther was priced much lower that other s be purchasing/financing on my own. After browsing online for the vehicle I was interested in, the one from Luther was priced much lower that other sites and this made it the most attractive right off the bat. After taking the test drive, taking to the salesperson about the specs, features, details, and anything else I needed to know about the van I had pretty much made my decision. The Dealership worked really hard to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and everyone that I came in contact with was friendly. More

We had two recall notices to be addressed, and asked for a general charging/electrical systems inspection and replacement of a foglamp and tail light bulbs. We received a phone call from Scott N. advising us of power steering and transmission fluid flush needs. We declined primarily due to cost we weren't prepared to adsorb at this time. Scott accepted our decision without any additional sales pressure or insistance. I appreciated that very much. Scott called again a short while later to inform us that the repairs were complete. The time was around 2:00 pm. We arrived at the dealership about 3:00 pm, and were met by Kathy in Accounts. She was very organized, efficient and friendly. Scott brought the car around (freshly washed) and we were on our way after spending about 10 minutes on site. My wife (who does not care for repair shops, dealers, or much of anything to do with auto purchase or repairs) loves Luther Kia. That's saying A LOT. Keep up the great work folks! We set up a time to meet and get the ball rolling on our new car. He was scheduled with others, when we could make it in, so he had another salesman (Chad)help us out with test driving, picking colors,and all the paperwork process. He was helpful with all our questions and concerns. He is a very pleasant salesman, who I feel was, looking out for our best interests. He was not pushing us into a sale but he was there to help us through the ordeal of buying a new car. "Thank You Chad" Then there was the high spirited,fun loving "Jamie" in Business finance dept. She is the end of the journey in car sales. What laughs we had, we will always remember you and hope to see you when we return to get our options installed. The wait to talk to finance was longer than it should be. We were just left to sit and wait for over 30 minutes. No one knew how long it was going to be. We were left out in the below freezing tempature to transfer our belongings from our old car to the new one. By the time we finished my husband and I both couldn't feel our hands. It was also dark and difficult to see that we didn't miss anything. Overall it was a good experience other than the above. More

Great dealership. I bought my car here and will only bring it to this dealership. I was in a car accident and state farm asked me to use one of their "preferred" dealers. Instead i drove 25 miles with a busted rim to Luther kia (i would not recommend you do the same). That's how much I trust these guys and it proved to be a smart decision. My tires were cheap and i got a discount on my oil change. I came back later for a mess in my car that proved to be an accidental spill (from a drink i left in my car while they were repairing) and they cleaned it right up. Great service great people, do business here. More
