The two stars in this whole experience are Greg Isham and Igor Tenenbaum. I have been going to Greg for all my vehicle services and he recommended Igor to me. Aaron may have lost my phone number as he didn't call me back over a weekend to see if a car was available. So Greg and Igor stepped up and took care of all of my questions and got me the options I wanted. Igor is friendly, VERY knowledgable when it comes to autos, and was very honest with me about everything. THAT is the most important factor as far as I'm concerned. When he did find a car for me, he called me immediately and set up the purchase. He went through every detail with me; helped set up my first oil change, and offered me a variety of other options such as extended warranty, undercoating, etc. Igor was never pushy; always professional and polite. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I went home confident in my purchase and that I will continue to do business with this dealership. I give them a FIVE-STAR Rating! More

JP was terrific to work with. I bought a 2010 KIA Rio, I have had 3 of 4 tires replaced since buying the car and the car only had 15,000 miles (now has 28,000)on it when I bought it. Tires were plugged for have had 3 of 4 tires replaced since buying the car and the car only had 15,000 miles (now has 28,000)on it when I bought it. Tires were plugged for holes on the side walls. 2 were partially covered by warranty but I felt as though these tires should not have worn that fast and was a bit frustrated that I had to replace them this early. No other concerns with the car since but just recently I brought it in because of check engine light. An oil sensor was not working and it is covered under warranty. More

The service I experienced was exceptional. A lot of the "leg work" was done over the phone so I didn't have to spend as much time at the dealer. Danielle and Michael (and the gentleman who talked to me abo "leg work" was done over the phone so I didn't have to spend as much time at the dealer. Adam Bistodeau is an awesome service advisor, he's right there greeting you and getting your vehicle in for service and remembers people and each vehicle they own, in my case he remember the other vehicle I there greeting you and getting your vehicle in for service and remembers people and each vehicle they own, in my case he remember the other vehicle I own.
