Brought vehicle in for a minor warranty repair when the part arrived a few weeks after purchase. Service date was 10/21/13. I purchased a very used Kia from a small lot and knew it needed a timing belt. I had another model of a Kia previously, but this one was new to me, and I had driven it from the car lot I purchased it from needed a timing belt. The prices are quoted up front, no hidden fees or costs, they are very communicative if they find something, or if they find things are just fine. Everything from calling to schedule the service drop off time, getting a price on the phone, to drop off/check in, pick up, it is well worth the drive for me. This is where I go to get my work done on my Kia's. Period. More
