I decided to give Luther a try after working with another local east side metro Kia dealer to fix a speaker problem which after in the shop 4 times could not isolate the problem and basically blew it off. I just left this go for awhile but really got more frustrated as time went on. I went to Luther and they actually listened and understood the issue. Needless to say this was not an easy fix. I ended up working directly with the tech and after sometime he was able to isolate the problem and solve it. Because of the experience I do give this Luther dealership a "Thumbs up" and a great thank you!!! More

You called the insurance company explained the situation to them and follow through even called me back the same night to let me know that the insurance company solved the issue and got to the bottom of it.
