Steven Stotz (sp? I don’t have the invoice in front of me) is a great professional. He explained the steps involved when I’m out of warranty on the possible future eng I don’t have the invoice in front of me) is a great professional. He explained the steps involved when I’m out of warranty on the possible future engine seizure that could be caused by the oil control ring. The dealership does good work. He kept cool and professional even when I vented to him that I couldn’t understand why the manufacturer wouldn’t pay for the cleaning/soak to hopefully AVOID the seizure. But all is well that I understand the procedure to document and maintain the condition of the vehicle in the event KIA would cover the engine AFTER the qualifying failure event. More
