My car died as I parked. First appt was 10+ weeks out. I had car towed to dealership and they got it in about 3 days later to check out, Definitely a warranty issue and g First appt was 10+ weeks out. Fixed when parts and time allowed way before the deadline. Everywhere is understaffed and overworked. I appreciate getting my car back and fixed. More

Recalls were performed on time and the concierge pick up and drop off service was very convenient. 2 recalls didn't get performed due to parts that had to be ordered.
