The experience was exceptional this time around Colin and Megan were great. Colin got me all set up and signed in and when Colin was with another customer when I had a question to ask Megan stepped Colin and Megan were great. Usually wherever you go they will make unnecessary recommendations you don’t even need. My past two experience have been good at this dealership. I have had previous bad experiences here. You may ask why did go back? I had a coupon and I knew what to look for when unnecessary recommendations are made. The coupon was too good to pass up for an oil change. My experience on Wednesday and previously for the oil change were great. I give them credit this time. I can’t leave out the mechanic that did the work. He did a great job. I apologize I forgot his name but it might of been Scott. I could be wrong. More
