Borked up a simple oil change Took brand new vehicle in for initial oil chg, came back with Nasty oil leak from oil drain plug. Bad start ... top rate finish. It started with simply scheduling to bring my car in for a recall repair. The scheduler scheduled me for the only Saturday in the year the shop is cl It started with simply scheduling to bring my car in for a recall repair. The scheduler scheduled me for the only Saturday in the year the shop is closed. After making the Saturday morning 40 mile drive to the shop for my recall repair, I was quite upset to be told by the dealership the shop was closed. I played them the automated reminder call I had even received the night prior on my voice mail. I was told to call the service manager, Greg, Monday. Greg was very apologetic and did everything reasonable to right a wrong. His shop crew followed his lead. Aaron was super. Things happen and errors are human ... and technological. Most customers will understand if handled as Greg and his shop crew did for me. More
