Bad start ... top rate finish. It started with simply scheduling to bring my car in for a recall repair. After making the Saturday morning 40 mile drive to the shop for my recall repair, I was quite upset to be told by the dealership the shop was closed. I played them the automated reminder call I had even received the night prior on my voice mail. I was told to call the service manager, Greg, Monday. Greg was very apologetic and did everything reasonable to right a wrong. His shop crew followed his lead. Aaron was super. Things happen and errors are human ... and technological. Most customers will understand if handled as Greg and his shop crew did for me. More

Service Review I checked in for a routine oil change, and advised Nik that I was experiencing a new questionable noise, and change in performance in my Nissan Rogue. After a few questions I was on my way with my complimentary rental. Nik was pleasant to work with and followed up with me regularly to advise that I needed to have my transmission replaced. The week-long waiting period was not a problem at all thanks to my free rental and free transmission warranty replacement. More

Engine failure I had my engine go out on me at 64,000 miles and was stranded alone on a freeway. I searched for the nearest fix it place and called Luther. Got me a rental car and went to work for ME. The engine was back ordered two months, but they kept me in the loop all the time. I finally got my car back in the time they said. Drove it a couple days and a hose leaked and it over heated. Called them up, they sent a tow truck to pick it up and fixed it in a day. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on. The people are so nice and cheerful and take good care of you. They have my service and when I get a new car, that's where I will buy, no doubts what so ever. More
