In the past, I have always hated shopping for a new vehicle, and found it to be quite intimidating. From the time I found my way to Luther Nissan Kia, I found that I needed to travel no further. I purchased my 2009 Kia Borrego from Igor Tenenbaum- the most pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Since then, I have been coming back there for service. All the employees are always polite, considerate, personable and helpful. The service is done in a very professional and timely manner. I trust the work they do, I find them very reliable. The complimentary car wash is a nice touch as well. This trip to the service department, I was greeted by Adam Bistodeau. He was very considerate, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. After the vehicle was ready to go, Greg Isham described to me what service was done. He was very courteous, considerate, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable as well. I will continue to return to Luther Nissan Kia in the future for service and new vehicle purchases. More

This was the first time I went in for an oil change service, My employee who took care of me was vary nice. I was surprised to find out that there is a afternoon drop off time. When I dropped off my car for service, I was greeted right away and my information was already in the system as I had an appointment. drop off time. I had requested a courtesy car, and thought I would have to ask about where to find out about getting it, and they had it all ready for me in the service department. I was told that I would be contacted to let me know about a problem I thought I had with the front suspension. With in a few hours, I was called and told what the problem was, and the service department had it ready to go the next morning. The prices were all up front, no surprises. When I arrived to drop off the courtesy car and pick up my car, it was quick and easy. The price of the total repairs was far under what I thought it was going to be. I was told when making the appointment that it would be difficult to know if a few other parts would need to be replaced or not, and so when I found out that they didn't, I was quite pleased. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to Luther Kia in Inver Grove Heights! More

I came in for an oil change and Greg did a great job explaining what they would be looking at as far as not just an oil change, but an inspection of the entire vehicle. My vehicle is a 2012 Nissan Altima and in excellent condition with low miles (second vehicle purchased from Luther Nissan). I was disappointed when it was discovered there was "rail dust" on the lower condition with low miles (second vehicle purchased from Luther Nissan). I was disappointed when it was discovered there was "rail dust" on the lower half and rear of the vehicle. I contact Greg and explained the situation. I stopped by the dealership so they could get photo's and was told the claim would be directed to Nissan under warranty. I was a little concerned when I was told "rail dust" usually is not covered under warranty but Greg did an excellent job in getting Nissan to cover it.
