8/30/2024 I purchased the Prepaid Maintenance Plan. I've stopped by Luther Kia and asked where the Maintenance Booklet for the plan was. I was told I'd receive it. I've Called and left messages. When I took my vehicle in for an Oil Change the Seevice Writer didn't know anything about the plan. What's going on? Where is the Plan Book? Or can I get my Money Back? More

The reason for my visit was recorded inaccurately when I made the appointment. I made an appointment due to a recall notice for flickering headlights that I had been dealing with for a year and a half. Th made the appointment. Had to call over the KIA expert. Lots of conversation and they decided yes, there was a recall for flickering headlights. Which is a problem I had compalined about a year and a half ago without resolution. Left car. No communication for 5 hours. Sent a text and asked for status. Was told that yes, I did have the problem that the recall covered and I could come pick up my car. Made no sense so I called. Apparently this visit with just for a diagnosis. That was never mentioned. I specifically schedfuled the service when I had family in town as I have to either wait for the vehicle or Uber back and forth. So now I have another appointment for repair. I'm not happy. More

when I made the appointment, I told him exactly what I wanted. Dropped my car off and wrote on the paper what needed to be done. They didn’t do anything I asked for. Came up with another issue that was never discussed. Said I need an alignment but then put in the notes that I declined that service. I didn’t hear a word about that. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody and never got a return phone call. I asked for a 24,000 mile service. They never did it and then asked if I wanted it done. They quoted me $670 and then I questioned it and then the price dropped to like $560. Told me I need spark plugs. At 23,000 miles? They came back and said they did a 3000 mile service. Why? I dropped the car off Monday night and said screw it, I’ll go get the car and go somewhere else. More
