While the car is being worked on the technician evaluates my car and informs me of any thing that may need attention but without trying to sell me something I don't need. And something that impressed me about Dane Fransen was when he greats me when I arrive he greats me by name. That makes me feel that I am not just the guy who drives the CRV or the Pilot but somebody they know as a person. More
