The service manager could not explain why I had not been notified of recommended service on some items at a previous service appointment. I needed an oil change and was coming to Luther to buy fluids for my Honda CRV. Even though it was Saturday and they were booked up they listened to my concerns and got me in and got my oil change done fo fluids for my Honda CRV.
