We made changes during our purchasing...a few times, and the staff made us feel comfortable (like it wasn't a problem) even though we know it was an inconvenience for them. We worked with Dan for our financing and he was very helpful in tailoring a warranty that we felt comfortable with. Our transaction lasted past store hours, but at no time did we feel like the staff wanted to hurry things. Great experience, and will be repeat customers! More

We were impressed with Luther Honda from the Receptionist that answered the phone to the cashier that checked us out. Melissa Warner was our Service Rep. and she was terrific! The problem was diagnosed quickly and a part had to be ordered which came in the next day. THEN, Melissa tells us HONDA had experienced this issue on our model year and had extended the warranty and our repairs would cost us nothing!!! We didn't know that since we had bought our car used and wouldn't have known had Melissa not told us! We will definitely use Luther Honda again and recommend them to anyone needing service or looking to purchase a Honda vehicle. More

I did research and I read that Honda's were one of the longest lasting cars. I had originally been looking for a used vehicle online and then Wes David had emailed me about my interest. I wanted to tr the longest lasting cars. I had originally been looking for a used vehicle online and then Wes David had emailed me about my interest. I wanted to trade in my Chevy S10 and I was not sure that I would be able to get the best value towards a newer vehicle, let alone a Honda. He had told be that they had great trade-in values for all makes and models. At the time I did not want to drive an hour north to just see how much I could get but I did it anyway just to see. Once I got there Wes was busy with other customers, which I did not mind so Kent Asheim helped me from there. He was very cool and told me that with my budget I could lease a brand new Honda. I was ecstatic because this was my first time buying a car at a dealership. The fiance process took a bit longer but I was patient and I got a great price for my trade-in, I was so happy. I did have to come back the next day but I was okay with that. When I came back Wes helped me, he told me about the protection packages that I could get and why they were beneficial, he didn't push me to get anything. Which was one thing I was worried about is being pushed to get a vehicle or additives. He was super nice and friendly and also a great comedian. I then met with Steve Walsh to go through all the paper work he also told me what protection he had done to his vehicle, again I did not feel pushed or rushed. The paperwork which I dreaded did not take long at all and a bonus my boyfriend and I got free Monsters :) Steve also had good jokes. Overall I had the best experience I could have wished for when getting a new vehicle, especially my first. They were funny and it did not seem like I was purchasing anything, it felt like I was just hanging out. I would MOST definitely recommend this dealership to any one who is looking. In 2012 I purchased a new Civic from Dan Lochner right off the showroom floor. I loved the car and Dan was super to work with. Less than a year later I learned that I needed more cargo space in my vehicle off the showroom floor. I loved the car and Dan was super to work with. Less than a year later I learned that I needed more cargo space in my vehicle. Back to Luther Honda for the solution. Dan Lochner was off that day and I was introduced to Adam Schlichting. I explained to Adam my situation and he understood completely. He showed several used Odysseys to me and I found one I liked. As I had driven my Civic less than 5,000 miles since new I expected the trade difference to be very painful. Adam understood my fears and brought in Chris Peterson the used car manager at the very outset. Chris is a true professional and really put me at ease. We were able to make a deal that we could both live with. I love my Odyssey and when I need service I will be back to Luther Honda for that too. Dane Fransen in service write-up took good care of me when I went in for an oil change and a question. He was able to get me in even though I didn't have an appointment. We were in contact with Wes all week - able to get questions answered and make sure we were making the right purchase for our family. Their team worked to get us our vehicle from another Luther lot since what we wanted wasn't in St. Cloud. They found one and we were able to complete the deal the next day. (We did have to wait awhile to complete the paperwork.) Overall it was a good buying experience. Wes was friendly, honest, and willing to work with us to make sure we were able to get our new vehicle home as soon as possible. More
