Luther St. Cloud Honda - Service Center

Two problems, first off, the process is terrible. I would very much prefer to talk to the dealership I am making an appointment with. Being told there is a nine minute wait is ridiculous. Unfortunately I had to do it twice as I needed to reschedule. The call back feature is nice but doesn't work for my situation. I am so upset with your system that I may consider another dealership group for my service. The car wash is a joke, totally water spotted. Unacceptable. My service advisor(Casey Van Dorn) could not have been more helpful. Mixed bag, not sure I will be back. Now I have another concern, can't submit the thing without going through more crap!!! More
