We easily got an appointment and they checked out the problem with our heater but didn’t discover what is wrong. They will revisit it when it is colder outside. Went for a regular car service (oil change, some checks etc.), but found later lots of oil leaked to the ground underneath the engine in my garage. I called the service Dept and was told to bring my car f etc.), but found later lots of oil leaked to the ground underneath the engine in my garage. I called the service Dept and was told to bring my car for a check. After the check I was told the oil filter wasn’t sealed properly during the service and was promised to have it sealed properly and the leaked oil on the metal surfaces be cleaned up. Even though they fixed the problem for me I was so disappointed because this was the first time ever I got this oil leak since I bought my brand new Honda CR-V and was due to a car service!!! The problem shows that this team is reckless and not dependable and possibly technical incapable or unskillful. What is worse is that this is the 2nd time I got a problem that was directly a result of the service provided by this dealer. Last time I spent ~$900 to get my 2 real brake pads replaced with the new ones. Only found a bit later that there was noise coming from the new brake pads. I had to bring my car back to the shop and was told something was not matching well and a repair was needed to fix the noise. This was due to the fact that they didn’t do a good job when they put the new brake pads in, but still charged me for additional $60. It’s not about this extra money but about servicemenship, about responsibility and customer value. I have no confidence in getting my car there again. More
