Amazing service. Unexpectedly got the day off work and decided to call and get an appointment for my vehicle. To my surprise I was able to get in the same day. I did not receive any negativity from the Service Department for my lack of planning. When I got there, I was greeted by friendly staff who directed me to the check in. Unfortunately, all the loner vehicles were out when I got there. Having driven 100 miles from home, Dane was so very kind and was able to find a vehicle for me to use while my van was getting worked on. He went the extra mile for me! Also, he took the time to listen to my concerns and offered cost effective solutions. Never once did I feel that they were “fishing” for problems to overcharge me. I felt he had my van and pocket book best interest in mind. Much appreciated!! More
