I was not impressed with by service this last time I was not impressed when I dropped it off the night before. I was early and I did say I was going to wait. But something came up and we needed to drop I was not impressed when I dropped it off the night before. I was early and I did say I was going to wait. But something came up and we needed to drop it off. As soon as I said that, the guy (I don't recall his name) just gave me an envelope and told me to fill it out. He didn't ask me any questions or check anything. I was not impressed with the communications with my service advisor Derek Tiedke.. Many were done via text, even though I did provide a home phone number to reach me on instead. Also, I forgot to let him know about a coupon when I dropped it off, but I did text it to him to apply it when he provided an update. The coupon did not get applied and he got very cross with me when I asked it be applied at checkout, which took another 15 minutes to re-write up the ticket. I was also not impressed with the people working at the check out desk. They were helpful, but I had to ask them for my key, which was still hanging up. They didn't give it to me after I signed the paperwork. More

Fast and Efficient I was able to check-in for my appointment a bit early and very quickly. I appreciated that there was a semi-separates area for children so my daughter I was able to check-in for my appointment a bit early and very quickly.
