It was okay I previously had my car serviced at the VW dealership in Bursnville. This was my first experience at this dealership. I waited around in the service area for about 5 minutes without acknowledgment and same on the Sales floor. I am a younger female, who needs a bit more explaining on the maintenance needs for my car. Burnsville did a great job with this and knew me well, Westside was impatient and made me feel as though they did not have time for 'my dumb questions'. I do not want to go back. They also missed my tail light being out. More
