He was open to a reasonable amount of negotiation as well, which I appreciated as a symbol of his desire to make a customer happy. I had the chance to work with another sales person to close the deal sooner while Juri was out sick, but I chose to delay my lease a few days so I could stick with Juri. I was comfortable working with Juri and wanted to make sure he brought me to the finish line, which he did. I'm really hoping my Tiguan serves me well for 36-months and I can work with Juri again there after. More
