Curteous, attentive, no pressure sales My wife and I stopped in over a month ago to look at the Tiguans as a potential vehicle for our duaghter who was finishing her freshman year at Colleg My wife and I stopped in over a month ago to look at the Tiguans as a potential vehicle for our duaghter who was finishing her freshman year at College in California. Michele listened to our story and was helpful in answering our questions and giving us a chance to test drive a Tiguan. Even though our purchase date was going to be over a month away, Michele spent as much time as we needed to get all our information. Over the next several weeks she did not pester me with emails. She simply inquired as to the time frame we anticipated for our daughter to come home and give her a call when we wanted to come back in. We came back with our daughter and we were able to pull the trigger on a Tiguan. It was Michele’s patience and attentiveness even though we weren’t going to buy on our first visit that brought us back. Thank you Michele! More

Trade in for purchase of a new 2018 Tiguan SE My name is Jason Bracht and Joe Otto and I received a letter in the mail from Luther Westside with a possible offer to trade in our existing 2013 Tigu My name is Jason Bracht and Joe Otto and I received a letter in the mail from Luther Westside with a possible offer to trade in our existing 2013 Tiguan for something new. We still had about 2 years left to pay off the balance but thought, why not go in a take a look. We met Juri Loginov who was instantly engaging and friendly. He read our letter and showed us a few vehicles and went to crunch some numbers to see what our options were. We ended up getting a better deal than what the letter had said and we walked out with a brand new vehicle!! I have had friendly salesmen in my time and very pushy ones. Juri was so awesome!! He took the time to answer all of our very silly and detailed questions and we never felt rushed or as if we were inconveniancing him. Juri showed us many things with the vehicle, things that would have been hard to find in the manual. I am so thankful for his kind and patient demeanor. Furthermore, Craig Erickson in financing couldn't have been more awesome as well!! It may have been old hat to him but his personality was refreshing and in addition to his engaging personality, he just made the whole experience quick and painless. Both Craig and Juri deserve high praise. It's easy to see why they both are well liked and why they are in their customer facing roles.
