Paid in full for a Hyundai Santa Fe and Lynne's spent weeks looking for the model configuration we wanted, with no calls to update us on the status. Very poorly handled. We were put last priority once ou weeks looking for the model configuration we wanted, with no calls to update us on the status. Very poorly handled. We were put last priority once our check cleared, with no car in hand. Avoid them at all costs. Avoid their salesman, John Foster, who mishandled every step of our transaction. We finally demanded a refund and waited two weeks to receive the check. John had no idea where our refund check was and could only say "it's not my department." Atrocious experience. More

I purchased a car from them 2 years ago, I had the car serviced there every single time including all my oil changes to honor the tire for life program. Anthony whom I mostly dealt with was a great servic serviced there every single time including all my oil changes to honor the tire for life program. Anthony whom I mostly dealt with was a great service adviser and a real straight shooter but unfortunately he is no longer at this dealership. When the time came to actually getting all 4 of my tires that were completely worn out I got what I expected a whole lot of b.s. from the service manager and excuses to where they would only give me two tires which I would not accept. I wanted and paid for those free tires one way or the other by having my car serviced there frequently at a premium price, I was pissed off because it is not about the price of paying for new tires its the principle of the thing that I was owed all four tires and was given some baby answers as to why I would not receive them. That program is a SCAM to be plain and simple and do not bother spending premium pricing to service your car at the dealership. I AM STILL EXPECTING A PHONE CALL FROM THAT LYNNES HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP TO TELL ME IT WAS ALL AN APRIL FOOLS DAY HOAX what a bunch of clowns More
I was in the dealership recently with a friend who had previously gotten a quote to lease an automobile at above mentioned dealership. When we returned to signed the papers, the dealership refused to deliver as promised. My friend had an email confirmation but simply met a roadblock. The salesman and manager tried to add fees and made up numerous other excuses as to why the deal was no longer on the table. What poor business acumen! For the next week, I received endless voice messages from Socrates making inquires about the interest I had shown in leasing a vehicle. When I tried to call the agency ( 4-5 attempts), I was informed by the snarky woman who answers the phone that he was with a customer, out of the showroom or had the day off. My final decision was to block their telephone number on my home line. It so happens I own a Hyundai that was purchased five years ago in Savannah, GA. Yes, I would give that dealership (Savannah Hyundai) a 10 and continue to feel that way. However, Lynnes seriously deserves a zero but that was not an option on survey. If you are reading this review, please save yourself time and aggravation......SELECT A DIFFERENT DEALER!!!! More
I have been driving Infinitis (Q45s, M35X, I30T, J30) for the past 15-20 years. I went to test drive a 2012 Genisis with the V8 engine because of TV ads, a friend owns a 2010 Genisis and the Internet. I wa the past 15-20 years. I went to test drive a 2012 Genisis with the V8 engine because of TV ads, a friend owns a 2010 Genisis and the Internet. I was very impressed with everything about car. I sat with salesman, Luis Gonzales, and was given his best deal after verifying with his manager. After a few days, I decided to get it. I sent an Email to Salesman Luis Gonzales confirming ALL the details of the deal (including down payment and total money needed the day I picked up the car) ($2,400.00) for the 2012 Genisis with an MSRP of $45,620.00 and $399.00 per month for 36 months With 12,000 miles per year. Luis replied to my Email that the Deal was good. I went back to the dealership with a friend who has been a Personal Guarantor for me for 15+ years only to be told that they (Al and Luis) could not do the deal for the price stated in Luis' Email and the paper I was given by Luis and verified by Al. Al stated that it was a credit problem and he would try to get it done and promised to get back to me that day. I told him that I have been leasing Infinitis this same way (with the same PG) for 15+ years and never had a problem of any kind leasing Infinitis using this PG (with a Credit Score of 820) I never heard from Al again. I had been sending several Emails and left several voice mails for the General Sales Manager, Semos Kostidakis, before and after this incident and NEVER received one call back or an answer to my Emails. I subsequently sent two more Emails addressed to The Three Amigos, (Al, Semos and Luis). I finally did receive a reply from Luis stating that he was Sorry for not getting back to me sooner. He went on to state that when he verified the numbers with his manager, he realized that they still had to add the taxes and fees. He apologized for the misunderstanding. This excuse is pure BS with a capitol B. My best guess is that Al ordered Luis to send me some fictional story. I replied asking what fees? and 7% tax? I sent a couple more Emails addressed to Luis, Al and Semos reminding them that he verified with his manager the day I took a test drive. He verified again when he replied to my Email confirming the Deal and verified with his manager for a third time the day I sat down to write the Deal. Needless to say they did not have the courtesy to respond. Lynnes Hyundai, as a whole, is: Unprofessional, non-responsive, rude, and LIARS. I would give the Sales Dept a ZERO Rating and I will tell anyone and everyone not to go to this dealership. They are rude and liars. I am available to speak to anyone and provide documentation. More
I wanted to write this review due to the overwhelmingly service i received from LYNNES HYUNDAI, BLOOMFIELD, NJ. I am getting married in mid July and wanted to surprise my soon to be " BRIDE " W a new Elant service i received from LYNNES HYUNDAI, BLOOMFIELD, NJ. I had called on Saturday July 7, after horrible stints in WAYNE,HUDSON AND MY HOME TOWN OF PARAMUS. I was so fed up like many of these reviews state about service, customer awareness and simple courtesy. Hey listen, at 103 degrees on that Saturday i really cannot blame people for being so Dis-interested. However, that really is not my fault. I walked into Lynnes Hyundai ( which by the way has no parking at all) but does have the class enough to have a valet service!!!!!!! I had asked to see a sales consultant and to my surprise a SMILEY face greated myself as to ( ANYTHING FOR A GIANTS FAN ) as i was wearing a superbowl jersey..... From that moment on "I knew i was buying my automobile from Gregory" To make a long story short, I am a CPA for a large firm. My customers are what supports me to live the life i choose. I treat all of my clients like my family. From Gregory to the rest of the staff at Lynnes These are the positives reasons WHY i did choose to spend my hard earned MONEY there instead of the other places i mentioned. AT THE END OF THE DAY IT DOES NOT COST A SINGLE PENNY, TO HAVE A SMILE ON ONES FACE.......... OR TO PUT A SMILE ON ONES FACE............. I NOT ONLY BECAME A FRIEND OF GREGORY, I SENT HIM LEGEND SEATS FOR HIS FAMILY TO A YANKEE GAME AND WE PLAN ON GOING OUT FOR DINNER IN THE NEAR FUTURE WITH MY SOON TO BE WIFE AND HIS. I leased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Lynnes Hyundai in Bloomfield and I am very happy with my purchase. My sales person was Domenick (sp?) He was very pleasant to deal with and introduced me to Semos tha Bloomfield and I am very happy with my purchase. My sales person was Domenick (sp?) He was very pleasant to deal with and introduced me to Semos that crazy guy on the billboards and to a few other people. I informed my sales person I wanted a white Sonata with black leather interior and at an affordable lease. After a few months the car I wanted finally came in he gave me a call and I was at the dealership within 2 hrs making a deal. The car was perfect and so brand new I couldn't wait to drive it off the lot. Domenick was very patient and explained everything from how to program the radio to how to set up the blue link (new on 2012 models). I am enjoying my Sonata and would definitely recommend Lynnes Hyundai More

We bought 2 cars there and Joe and his manager Semos were TRUE to their our years but my BEST experience has been from Lynnes Hyundai in Bloomfield. We bought 2 cars there and Joe and his manager Semos were TRUE to their word and delivered on every aspect of the deal! I have referred and will continue to tell others about this dealership. Joe was the sales person who was wonderful with a great sense of humor and awesome product knowledge. Along with Semos, I feel they worked with us and got us a great deal. They need to make some profit and I need to save some money. It was definitely a “Win-Win.” It was also assuring when I saw other returning customers while I was there; I knew this must be the way most are treated. Give’em a shot I don’t think my experience was an isolated event. More
