Friendly, courteous and efficient. Originally bought the vehicle from Scott Ryan in late July. He was very friendly and thorough and nice to work with. Just had my first service experience for a routine GOF. Peter Halabrin was very professional and courteous and got me in and out right away. He also did a recent recall fix that I had not yet been notified of but ironically came in the mail a couple of days later which saved me from coming back. I did notice a slight oil leak on my garage floor the next day but it might have been from excess run off after it was changed. Tech might want to view or wipe off undercarriage if possible after an oil change. Seems to be ok now. More

Unprofessional I bought a used car there a few weeks ago in all cash with never even mentioning a financing option. They ran my credit without asking or even telling me and when I noticed a few days later I called the sales manager (NATHEN RODRIGUEZ) to ask why. He very rudely snapped at me and hung up on me because he was too cowardly to explain himself. I will never go there again and will advise everyone I know to never purchase a car there. These people have no respect for anyone. NATHEN RODRIGUES is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, even for a car salesman. More
