I came in for service that I believed was covered under a protective package I purchased. To my disappointment it was not covered, but Sal gave me some other options and made sure I was satisfied with the s protective package I purchased. I have been a M'Lady customer in the past with a 2009 Nissan Rogue lease. I had such a great experience at that time, so when Eddie Colville called and offered to buy out my current lease and get me into Nissan Rogue lease. Eddie was professional and got me a great deal on a 2013 Rogue (the one I wanted). I purchased a remote starter and one week later Sal Visconti had it installed in only a few hours, while giving me a free loaner car. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel like a VIP customer. I look forward to a long relationship with the folks at M'Lady Nissan.
