My salesperson Mirella was great, but the owner is a real shyster. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on the car and after the dealership flaunting a 110 point inspection on their website and ad for the ca shyster. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on the car and after the dealership flaunting a 110 point inspection on their website and ad for the car they found the front and rear brakes and rear tires all below minimum spec. After some back and forth the dealer finally agreed to replace the parts but did so with cheap off brand parts. Two months later I had a mechanical failure with something covered under their 3 month warranty but they strung me along for 2 weeks with getting parts/setting up an appointment before the owner finally called me with the news that he refused to cover the part by lying and putting words in my mouth about what was said during the initial negotiation process. Words that had no bearing on the terms of the warranty itself. Long story short they falsely claimed the car passed a 110 point inspection pre-purchase, and post-purchase when something broke on the car that should be covered under their limited warranty the owner lied and berated me for trying to hold them accountable to fix it. I wouldn't write them off but proceed with caution. More
