I knew I wanted a MINI and had been to 3 other dealerships. But when I walked into MINI of Concord, I felt at home. The salesman, Jason Krupa, was friendly, not at all pushy and very helpful. I've been buying cars for 50 years and have never met a salesperson or dealership this great. The showroom is spotless, like an operating room. Everyone, including the woman at the desk, seemed genuinely happy that I was buying the car there and welcomed me into the MINI of Concord family. Five minutes after talking to Jason, he asked if I wanted to test drive the car, handed me the key and said to take it out for about 20 minutes. He didn't feel he had to tag along and talk me into the car. MINI of Concord doesn't have the $2000.00 mark up that the other 3 dealerships have. He told me they had a special on this month and the dealership was paying for the Premium Package (something I really wanted). So I saved even more money. I was so happy with the way Jason was there to answer any questions and he really knows the product. This is the first time I've bought a car and didn't feel like I had to bargain down the price. After the other places, I KNEW the price was great. I whole-heartedly will recommend anyone to MINI of Concord and especially to Jason Krupa. He is one terrific sales person.
