Excellent service, but I think it is unnecessary and unsafe to require personal info and documents to be emailed. Since I still have to enter the facility to give my key to be read and to sign forms, I unsafe to require personal info and documents to be emailed. Also they called me 15 minutes before closing time to say that my car is ready. Even though I could still be there before closing, they told me to come in the next morning. They should either call me sooner or be willing to stay a few minutes late (later than 5:30pm) More

The dealership helped me right away with my car overheating in their lot....rushed out and the manager immediately got the situation under control. Having to pay over $300 to replace a battery six months into a CPO car does not give me confidence with this dealerships commitment to customer.
