We got there early and requested to see whether the simple oil change and 25000 inspection could be done. We got there at 10:30- ended up buying a maintenance plan for 1,800 - we asked to buy new tires simple oil change and 25000 inspection could be done. We got there at 10:30- ended up buying a maintenance plan for 1,800 - we asked to buy new tires which would have been almost 1,500 more.- but they said we needed to come in another day- IN 2 weeks. We ended up waitaing over 4 hours for an oil change- and a second visit in 2 weeks for the tires. The manager was not very nice. The lady who saw us directly was friendly. I think they need to have more people in or open on weekends or simply be nicer and efficient. More

Great!… the Service Advisor Liz was very nice … At first she said it would be a while before I got my car back because of all the maintenance stuff I was doing but pleasantly surprised that it only took a f she said it would be a while before I got my car back because of all the maintenance stuff I was doing but pleasantly surprised that it only took a few hours to complete …. They could of wiped some of the fluids off the engine cover and brake fluid area after replacing the fluids but I cleaned it up myself after I got home plus there was debris on my passenger floor mat after they changed out the cabin filter … but no big deal …. Just have to be aware and clean up after changing those things … overall great experience ….but pricey .$$$ More
