Got a new clubman I have been visiting this dealership for a couple of years to have my mini serviced since moving to CT. I had my eye on the Mini Cooper Countryman for a while and finally headed down to Mini of Fairfield County one Saturday morning. I was a bit anxious, since I was on my own and didn't even know where to start. I was able to "poke" around for a bit, and then I sat down with Carol Moore. She is amazing - the real deal! Carol made me feel extremely relaxed and understood what I was looking for in a Mini. Before I knew it, she found MY car! I didn't even have to think twice - I left my deposit with her and couldn't wait to come back to pick up my new Countryman. She spent time with me going over all the features and made sure all of the extras I asked for were there for me. Overall my experience at Mini of Fairfield County was truly amazing. Lease to purchase. UPDATED 5/23/16 Leased a 2013 hardtop for 3 years and loved it. Service dept was great. Lease was over so I purchased a new 2016 Hard top 4 door from Barbara Reiniger and help from Joe Zappulla. Deal was made and everything went smooth all the way to paper signing and driving away! UPDATED: I removed the negative review that I had on here, because Barbara Reiniger my sale person worked her butt off from home on her own time to resolve the problem I was having with SiriusXM! It was not the fault of Barbara Reiniger, Joe Zappulla or the dealership Mini Of Fairfield! It was all SiriusXM mess up and there fault! Sorry to all involved! More
