The dealership arranged a very fair and easy trade in for my prior car. All my questions via phone or email were always quickly answered. On the day of pick up my trade-in, swap plates, paperwork and friendly and clear instruction on the new car was completed in less than an hour and I never felt rushed. Fabrizio was exemplary in his attention and service from my initial interest and making sure everything was going well after my purchase including offering further instruction if I needed it. More
