This time, there was a bit of a snafu coming back after work to get the car and our Uber ended up being a half hour late, causing us to be over an hour late to dinner plans with family in town, but Jarid and Josh were on it and kept us updated when the Uber would arrive and made sure that the driver contacted us so we could make sure everyone was on the same page for the pickup location. When we got to the dealership, my '13 MCS was ready to go, nice and clean from the complimentary wash, and they even took care of the oil change for the inconvenience, which was truly appreciated. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, but the team at Mini of Portland were quick to fix it, genuinely apologetic, and we will definitely be back. More
