Receptionist was extremely rude. I’ve always visited this mini dealership since I bought my car in 2015 and I have never been treated so poorly. Would not recommend going here. I bought my Mini here 17 years ago and I allow no one else to service it. My service team consists of Ryan (my advisor) and Ash (my mechanic).
