The after purchase experience was terrible - had to chase down to get temp plates and be able to drive my vehicle while Abe just kept saying ‘it’s out of my control’, no follow up. The whole service experience was good from start to finish. I was checked in quickly and efficiently. The work was explained to me. While waiting I was very comfortable in the waiting area. I received a video showing measurements and work which was informative and reassuring. The bubble bath made my car glisten. The only think I could make simmer about is the snacks offered in the waiting area. Minis are trad. British vehicles, so offering a super fancy machine that serves 15 different types of coffee, but not a single option for tea was a little disappointing…not even a lonely tea bag. :( but this is very minor and doesn’t detract from the otherwise stellar experience. Documentary service and pre delivery service fees seemed high. Got a nice low mileage used car. There was only one Key Fob and I didn't learn that until delivery.
