She wasn't pushy at all, like salespeople often are. She was responsive and attentive when I needed her to be, but never overstepped the boundary to become overbearing. She was very helpful at explaining all the options when deciding what car to buy. Michelle in finance was extremely helpful too. She went over all the options with me clearly, without making me feel overwhelmed or coerced into getting extra protection I didn't feel I needed. I love my Mini and highly recommend it to anyone who's in the market! More
