Almost perfect I had a 7,000 repair bill because of damage to the underside of my vechile. Hubby went through a small puddle at a paper recycling plant.. and it coat I had a 7,000 repair bill because of damage to the underside of my vechile. Hubby went through a small puddle at a paper recycling plant.. and it coated the underside of the vechile..and radiator. The car was test drived.... When I drove home.. a prior front end noise was still there.. and a sound when breaking../ why was my vechile retuned needing additional work. I was mot given all the facts. More

Disappointing Must say a bit shocked at their ability to handle a not in person transaction. It took numerous attempts out the gate for a representative to contact me from the Autotrader inquiry. We we assigned to Robert who seems nice enough and possibly overwhelmed to keep a timely Dialogue going, I think if I was sitting in the dealership it would have hopefully been different. Then come to find out the dropped the price of the car below what we paid during the almost 30 days it took to finalize the purchase. Just really shocked that this sized dealership is not more on top of everything. Overall disappointment More
