No such thing as 'customer service' AGAIN at this service locatoin. I had scheduled appt for a Tuesday - dropping off the car on Monday afternoon. I had a call on Tuesday letting me know what needed to be locatoin. I had scheduled appt for a Tuesday - dropping off the car on Monday afternoon. I had a call on Tuesday letting me know what needed to be done....however I never heard back from 'customer service' despite a call on Wednesday and three calls on Thursday. The receptionist finally told me that my car was ready - however 'customer service' never informed me, never texted me and never called me. Such service is not new from this location and quite surprising seeing you wish me to be a 'customer for life'. This is service which is not up to standards for Mini/BMW brands and I hope you rectify. More
