We arrived at the Mini Ramsey Dealership a few minutes before closing time; Spiro Bogris - Sales - welcomed us into the dealership and talked with us about each Mini. Spiro is professional, highly knowledgeable of all Minis and extremely Customer Focused; Spiro worked with us to build our Mini Clubman and made recommendations as he explained the options available. Spiro kept us informed of every step of the production and shipping process until our Mini arrived at the dealership. Michelle Wright provided excellent guidance and was completely transparent with all of the financial details. Michelle explained different options and answered all of our questions. Michele truly cared about our satisfaction with the financial part of the process but also went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our decision to lease a new Mini. Terry was attentive, honest and straight shooter with me. Easy to work and communicate with. He made it easy for us to see the car and come back for a follow up test drive.
