Said it was to be detailed…wasn’t. Said there were no blemishes on car or rims…there is. Kinda disappointed. Waterspots STAINED on all windows. We felt welcomed and Alex was very capable . She knows the Mini and was very helpful when we ordered our car. We had hoped to get it in August, but the car came in late September.
