Scheduled windshield replacement at mini for the purpose of expert recalibration and was told it wasn’t necessary unless “we had problems. I don’t want problems. I also asked for winter floor mats, she wrote it on the ticket, also asked for the same at the time we bought the mini, they were to be ordered. Never happened. More
