We had looked at your pre-owned inventory on line and of course I fell in love with a 2019 Mini Countryman. Mike was there when my husband arrived at Ottos and his knowledge and expertise made the decision to buy easy. Needless to say the car is as fun to drive as it looks and new England winters and our Honda Pilot will not be missed. More

I came in to buy a cup holder for the older model Mini my mother kindly passed to me. I very carefully suggested to Pete that maybe I was thinking of selling or trading the car, but not if I was throwing the mother kindly passed to me. He mentioned a manual transmission to help spice things up, and something more interesting than dark green (which makes for a very Smart Looking Mini, but that’s what I didn’t really like about the Mini I was blessed to receive 😁)…Pete brought out a 2019 S in Electric Blue Metallic, and off I went. That was kinda it, holy cow! Pete was wonderful when I told him I would think about it. I returned two hours later with my husband (who was really wonderful about the whole thing!) and Pete had filled the car up with gas and put down the rear seats, copying what I had done in the old Mini to make it feel less sedan-ish … a tiny detail that made me remember what’s so great about Mini Cooper People—They are passionate about the brand and will do anything to show you that they care. Two days later and this car is just what I needed to really enjoy being on the road again. Pete was great to work with, and I’m hard pressed to find anything negative about my experience at Otto’s. Pete did a great job helping me purchase my first MINI. I haven't bought a car since 2005, this is my first "non Toyota" and I built the car on-line.
