We really enjoyed the process of researching, and then purchasing, our Mini Cooper S from Pete Barcus and the team at Otto's Mini Cooper. Pete was great, and honest, about helping me understand what I would be gaining with Mini, based on his thorough knowledge of Mini Coopers. Pete could share, not only the specs and features, but also offered a clear and honest discussion of the differences between the two-seat sports car I would be giving up and the Mini. While I do miss the experience of driving a two-seat, convertible sports car, Pete's assessment of the trade-offs, plus and minus, was spot on. I love the Mini, and the buying experience was great. Pete had everything queued up for the day we came in to pick up the car. The paperwork process was easy and went surprisingly quickly. Pete spent plenty of time with us, explaining the features and controls. If my wife decides to trade in her car and buy a Mini Countryman, she plans to work with Pete and the folks at Otto's Mini. More

On May 26th 2021 My wife and I bought a used Honda Odyssey from Otto's Mini. Pete was the sales man who helped us with the purchase of the van. The only negative I would say is that the parking situation at Otto's is tricky. They don't have a lot of space in their sales parking lot, which was the only drawback of the whole experience. More

Pete made the entire purchasing process easy and it went without a hitch. I've only had my car less than a week but I received a "check-in" email making sure everything was going well and if there were any without a hitch. The dealership itself was much nicer, cleaner, and more spaceous than the other dealership buildings we've been in during our car shopping. More
