Excellent Experience from start to finish Pete Barcus was the associate that assisted us with our Mini. From the first meeting until we left with our Countryman he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I always felt that he had OUR interests as his first priority. We had many questions. He was patient and always addressed our concerns with sincerity and attention to detail. We never felt that he was trying to "make a sale". After our purchase he has followed up with us to make sure that we are completely satisfied. Even though he was short-staffed he went out of his way to close the sale with us on the same day we chose our car.
