The staff was wonderful - the video about the car was a bit over the top but a nice touch. My complaint for the last 3 years has always been wait time. This morning was not as bad as some of the experiences that I have had - I once waited 4 hours for an oil change. If I wanted to get dirty and deal with oil I can personally do an oil change in about 15 minutes. The wait this week was 2.5 hours for oil and inspection. I trust the inspection takes a little longer, but it is a two year old car. Find a way to pick up the pace, maybe you assume that the longer I sit the more I will want to buy a new one. As a matter of fact we are probably not getting another mini because of the long waits. Preston was great. Fred More

Great Service Recently had the occasion to vivit Otto Mini for the annual inspection and regular maintenance. Made my appointment on line with ease. Arrived a few m Recently had the occasion to vivit Otto Mini for the annual inspection and regular maintenance. Made my appointment on line with ease. Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time but was greeting, nonetheless, very cordially. The check in process was a breeze. I waited at the dealership for the work to be done. There were several seating options including task stations with internet connection, power supply and even snacks and coffee. My car was finished within a reasonable amount of time. When the bill was presented there were no surprises. I am ahappy camper.... with any luck I wont see them again for another year. More

My first visit for MINI service. Excellent experience. Melissa took the time to show me the waiting areas for BMW and MINI. I waited in the MINI area. First time there since the new showroom opened. Service Wait I brought my Mini in for standard annual service and waited for my car. My understanding was that service would take 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours max. At t I brought my Mini in for standard annual service and waited for my car. My understanding was that service would take 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours max. At two hours, I inquired about my car. Preston explained it was running late & offered me a loaner which I accepted. It would have been better customer service if Preston had come to me earlier to explain my car service was running late & offer me the loaner. Having the loaner would have provided better use of my time. My Mini is in great shape & I think the service went fine. The car looked beautiful. More
