I hate writing bad reviews, I really do. But this has gotten ridiculous. Test drove a car back in august. They swapped the battery (twice) before I test drove it because they had to jump it But this has gotten ridiculous. Test drove a car back in august. Car won’t start again, they repair it again (ended up waiting three weeks to be able to pick it up, and I live 3.5 hours away each way) and I pick it up next week. They tell me AFTER I sign paperwork, that they will have to find the second key and will mail it to me with my plates, only to learn later they never had a second key for it to begin with. I had asked explicitly multiple times before signing and they repeatedly assured me it had the second key. Will never trust a dealer again on that regard either. A month later, it dies again, absolutely no power, leaving me stranded. took it to a dealership where they fixed a problem with the radio they said seemed to be causing the drain. Less than a month later, left stranded twice more I took it back again and it was in the shop for just over a month this time trying to figure it out. After the first time I tried negotiating them to just void my purchase agreement, because I work in a very unsafe area and I had to mess with it just to unlock the car every time (fob only, too dead to even unlock) they convinced me to try again to fix it. A FIFTH time. What a nightmare. They’re taking FULL advantage of the fact that a lemon law doesn’t cover a car out of factory warranty, don’t EVER buy used from them. This whole process has been a literal nightmare. More
