Made an appt with your dealership truck was not ready when they said it would. They promised to clean and wash truck, didn’t happen when truck was picked up. Truck was in a filthy condition. Oil stains all over the inside of my driver/ passenger/ dashboard. Thick oil particles all over the outside of the truck (black thick oil). I allow no eating in my vehicle and this was not acceptable. Manager made it very clear that my vehicle was just another truck in their service dept to fix. So yes, they move them fast and overlook, forget and keep going. More
