I had several issues on this repair - the part was supposedly in-stock, then not in stock, then the wrong part was ordered. There isn't much communication, I had to call multiple times to find out wh supposedly in-stock, then not in stock, then the wrong part was ordered. There isn't much communication, I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. I have been charged $184 for the car rental that the dealership was supposed to cover and can't get anyone to return my call on a refund. When my Tahoe was ready, a windshield ding I had for months became a very large crack, and the windshield warranty I purchased from Mac was apparently not processed, and I cannot get anyone to return my call to help me get this sorted so I can repair it. I have contacted Jim Cox in Service, Amy Newell in Finance, my salesman Erdwin, and Winona McNeil with no response. More
