Great service advisor Jim, great work by mechanics. Cost is higher for battery than parts store but work at dealership is more trustworthy considering my car is so necessary. Mechanics and Techs are Understaffed and they don't quality check their work. Simple car repairs take too long. Most reps seem to lack the ability to listen to the customer and consistently communicate quality check their work. Simple car repairs take too long. Most reps seem to lack the ability to listen to the customer and consistently communicate. When they claimed my car was ready the 1st time, I arrived and there were issues that were never addressed that I asked to be completed day 1 which Jim Cox swore he personally checked but that was a lie...so it was wasted time. Then the 2nd time they claimed it was ready.. the original problem was still not fully repaired!! Alberto Perez is Awesome to work with though!! If he's not there I'm not bringing my car in unless I absolutely have to. He's the only one I trust to communicate and do a thorough check on my car before calling me to pick it up...unfortunately he was out on vacation while these issues occured!! Do better Chevy..hire more mechanics and techs! Not to mention...my car still has issues after it being with Chevy a whole month! More

money hungry company that was waiting for my car to mess up entirely so they can say there is nothing to do at the end. Horrible service, they always have a i dont want to work attitude. And you would think with all the materials they have since they are a big company that they would do better but no they are just money hungry. would never go here again and they robbed me of 1000+ dollars by saying they replaced my tires a year ago but they never actually did. Jim Cox and all the other men that work there have major ego problems More
