All of this was managed by Juan Godinez. Overall, everything was done in a friendly and professional manner. I was told I had an unrepairable oil leak. No further explanation given. That was it. I had to ask for more info on what that meant. Also that I needed a transmission fluid change, but that wa No further explanation given. That was it. I had to ask for more info on what that meant. Was then told it was recommended based on my vehicle mileage only (my first visit at this dealership so no service history available). Someone came in after me and left before me. Fine, maybe they had an appointment. However, It wasnt until the other customer's vehicle was ready that anybody even offered to check on my car and update me. I was the only one in express service waiting. I had to ask about the oil change package at check out. Then after I signed up (after I had already been waiting for 2.5hrs) I was told a tire rotation was not recommended (part of the service package) bc the best tread was already on my back tires so moving the front to the back was not recommended. I have different size tires for front and back, it is NEVER recommended to swap front to back, only side to side so that was upsetting, but I didn't call the kid out. I assume it was the tech telling him this? After asking for a follow up on the oil leak, I was told I had been given the " wrong estimate" and did not have an oil leak. Estimate of suggested work seemed more appropriate however, based on my car's current condition. Was told the mutipoint inspection was done, and all fluids topped off. I left with no washer fluid, and both turn signals not working ( I was already aware of this) yet they marked them as working. This made me realize they did not do the inspection and prob just checked everything off to "say they did it". Was told no car wash because they "didn't want to keep me any longer" than I had already been waiting. Never asked if I wanted to wait for a car wash, made the decision for me. I wanted a wash. First time at this dealership. Although the service rep I dealt with was nice, if it wasnt for the oil change package price, I would not come back. More
