Not only that, they sold my information immediately to some shady insurance company to make it look like I needed to fill it out for the deal to complete. Not only would I not recommend this dealership, I would actively tell someone to find a different one. No respect for customer time or privacy. More

The pros Salesman was great. The cons 1. Cars was not ready when it was suppose to be picked up. ( no communication that it wasn't ready ) Suppose be ready and delivered nex The cons 1. Now i have to do it on my own time also random warning light stated coming on so with in 24 hours of picking up my purchase i was not satisfied with the vehicle so i tried to undo the deal and get my trade in back and was told that's not an option. So then tried to do the 14 day full money back guarantee and they acted like that was normal a thing until I sent them there own web site stating they have a 14 day full money back guarantee. The they send me a offer for less than I payed for the vehicle and again nothing about getting my trade in back. Was going to loss about 1500 and also ttl so a total of about 4-5 GRAND in less than 24 hours. (AGIAIN FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ) Not loss 4-5 thousand dollars 3. Reached out by email to the general manager twice and never got a response or phone call to try and resolve this issue. 4. I am now past the 14 day of purchase so I am now stuck with the vehicle that I am not satisfied with. More
