I recently visited this dealership to purchase a vehicle and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with my sales representative. Throughout the process, he made multiple comments about my age th and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with my sales representative. Throughout the process, he made multiple comments about my age that came across as demeaning, and at times made me feel unintelligent for asking reasonable questions during a major purchase. He also repeatedly mentioned wanting to go home, despite my appointment being well before closing time, which made me feel that my business was unwelcome. More concerning, I was given a price for the vehicle and additional services without being told the pricing was only valid for one day. When I followed up the next day, the salesperson refused to honor the original quote and the cost of the services had more than doubled. I was told this was due to “miscommunication” between departments. Once I escalated the situation to management, they did step in and honored the initial price — and I appreciate their professionalism. However, when I came to pick up the car, the same sales representative stood directly behind my vehicle with his arms crossed, staring at me through my rear window in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. While I am happy with the final outcome thanks to management, I want to make the dealership aware of the unprofessional behavior I experienced from this particular salesperson. I hope this feedback is used to ensure better customer service for others in the future. More
