The dealership has a large inventory, but the sales process and processing of trade-in was NOT a good experience. After 3 weeks and countless non-returned phone calls our trade-in has not been paid off process and processing of trade-in was NOT a good experience. Lincoln Service Center claimed l spilled coffee or soda in my vehicle which caused a short in wiring and would not be covered under my warranty. Did not agree and received a second opinion. It was only my in my vehicle which caused a short in wiring and would not be covered under my warranty. Did not agree and received a second opinion. It was only my battery needing to be replaced. Be ware and don’t let them intimidate you to make repairs that are not necessary. More
