We are now part of the Ford family. We had initially chosen the Ford Covert for our membership processes but then went for Machaik Ford upon realizing the sheer amount of dishonesty in Covert. We were greeted by a very sympathetic Ms. Olga Espinosa. She was a really good listener and did everything she could for us. She tried to solve our problems even amidst the chip shortage and got us the results that made us happy. Even with the man in accounting pressuring us repeatedly and trying to get the deal done and over with quickly in order to sell us more extra packaging, Ms. Espinosa`s genuine interest in us made us forget that. Salesman didn't show for appt. and no cars on lot I specifically said I wanted to test drive. Emailed the dealer an inquiry on a 2022 Lincoln Corsair. Salesperson responded they could help.mewith lo specifically said I wanted to test drive. Emailed the dealer an inquiry on a 2022 Lincoln Corsair. Salesperson responded they could help.mewith loking at Corsairs. Great. Told him I would be there in a 30 min window. I was 10 min late with traffic. Front desk said he wasn't there and wouldn't be back for 15 mins or so. Asked for another salesperson to at least let me test drive a Corsair. The other salespeson told me they didnt even have one on the lot. Pretty dishonest communication when they say come on in and don't even have what you specifically asked for. I have had one prev experience with Mac Haik and it wasn't a good experience either. Avoid this dealer if you can More
