Mac Haik Ford Experience was good as it could be for a Bronco order in 2021. Blake was fantastic but the Ford experience of reserving, ordering, and receiving was a complete disaster which is known by all Bronco order in 2021. The biggest concern I have is that Mac Haik Financing no longer accepts outside loans. I had procured a great rate with $0 down and low rate from a local Austin credit union. I was told the day of my vehicle pickup while in the finance office that 4 months prior a new "policy" is in place that you have to finance in-house. They could not match rate or $0 down and the only way to get close was to purchase add on packages and put money down which seems suspicious. I was handcuffed to get my car that I had been waiting 18 months for and not happy about this situation. More
