Normally get good service here but this time two things happened. First we had an oil change and they did not attach the splash guard on well and had to bring it back dragging. Second (and this is minor) t happened. First we had an oil change and they did not attach the splash guard on well and had to bring it back dragging. Second (and this is minor) they did not take off the old oil change sticker and just put on a second one. Not a huge deal but me and my wife are disabled and it is very difficult to remove those stickers. More

Just like we complain about bogus fees on our Cable bill I found the following BS fees on my recent auto bill. $5.75 for an oil filter disposal. Really? $99.00 to check my poor AM radio reception and sti I found the following BS fees on my recent auto bill. $5.75 for an oil filter disposal. Really? $99.00 to check my poor AM radio reception and still as poor as when I arrived $47.22 for "Eviron/supplies" for repair order. They told me this was for shop items like rags, cleaners and wipes! Total BS I gave them $853.56 but they will never get another dime from me again. More
